Great location for a comfortable enjoyable stay.

Hotel was in a fantastic location, only minutes from the Pier and train. Our room was very clean, extremely spacious and very comfortable. Many options for breakfast including a takeaway box because we checked out very early. A high majority of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Well located - can easily access BTS Silon line or the river to see the old city.

Older facilities. Need to ask for a higher room if you want a river view, otherwise view is mostly of other building.

Liked the overall hotel facilities and location and would stay there again.

Excellent sized rooms with great views. Location regarding transport and eating options also excellent.

Would have preffered a room which was not next to the very noisey street. Even on the 21st floor, the traffic noise was deafening.

Very comfortable stay.

Spacious modern clean room with a comfortable bed and good blockout curtains. Very good value considering it had a fully equipped kitchen. Swimming pool was good and you can enter through to Robinson Mall from the hotel. There are food markets just outside the mall and the BTS & Sathorn Taksin pier are a short walk away.

The room had heaps of down lights but not bright enough for me to read small print and needs a brighter light above bathroom mirror. It would also be nice if you could order food & drinks at the pool area.

Fantastic location in Silom surrounded by all the food and beverage options you would want as well as proximity to the River to take a boat to icon or other River locations in Bangkok. very comfortable bed offering different pillow options (Marked clearly on the pillows) and wonderful staff with the traditional Thai hospitality .

The gym equipment needs a full upgrade. Not good at all

The hotel is placed in the perfect location not far from the pier, has a mall within with all the stuff you need, food, exchange and other. Breakfast was great. Rooms are big and spacious.

A great place to stay for the less noise-sensitive. Best to avoid otherwise

Location is a big plus for this hotel, with a supermarket, convenience stores, eating places all near the hotel. It was out first time staying near the river and having access to both the BTS and the ferry terminal was a huge plus. Room was spacious, some may find it a bit dated but we were fine with it. Little kitchenette includes microwave, which was really useful (crockery and cutlery were provided in my room).

Housekeeping was ok, not too thorough at times but it will do. Kitchenette was great but where's the dish soap? I think the most important pointer is that this is not a good place for light sleepers. It's fine for us having a bit of noise but I can imagine it may absolutely drive other people crazy. Not sure if it's our room type but the A/C compressor was right on the balcony and the sound proofing was not great.

Location (though in busy area) good next to BTS station Saphan Taksin. Big rooms.

We were given a room with a connecting door. The door is (too) short. So it was like living together with the neighbours. We heard everything. (Really everything ;) ). Also later than 2 o clock at midnight. They say the hotel is renovated. But we think this is not really the case. The room has a different color but bathroom, restaurant, reception are outdated. We have stayed in Centre Point Silom many times, for years and years already, but were really disappointed this time.

The location of Centrepoint was convenient to shops, river taxi and train. Very courteous staff, willing to assist.

Our room was booked for three (family), but cutlery and crockery only catered for two. We had a cooktop but no pots or pans.

The hotel ist perfectly located! Near to public transport on water, were you can get to almost every important sights. In the same building is shopping center with grocerys! We had a great view from our balcony on the 17 floor, the room was spacious and clean.

Very good price and location is near bts and ferry. Its 6 stops to Siam station. 10 mins taxi to Chinatown. There is also a Tops supermarket next door.

The shower pressure is weak and the water turns hot and cold. The room has definitely seen better days.

excellent location (near the metro station and the river) the room was large, bright, spacious, clean, but the air conditioner was buzzing loudly.
